Qualifications: --3+ years of experience in structural steel painting and/or loading. --1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred). --Strong understanding of AISC painting standards and QA/QC procedures. --Familiarity with production software such as EPMgo (preferred). --Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. --Commitment to a safety-first work environment and a team-oriented mindset.
