Job description Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in 95% residential and 5% commercial buildings - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs - Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all installations and repairs - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Skills: - Ability to install, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units, and heat pumps - Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions - Mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs and replacements - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical information clearly Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
