Imperial Draft Systems Job Title: Service Technician Location: Allegheny County, Westmoreland County, and surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time Estimated Salary: $34,000 - $52,000 Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining draft beer, soda, coffee, and water beverage systems in various retail establishments, including bars, restaurants, and clubs. You will ensure that beverage systems are properly cleaned, sanitized, and functioning at optimal levels for our clients. If you are a dependable, customer-focused individual who enjoys working independently, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Clean draft beer lines at retail establishments (bars, restaurants, clubs, etc.) in Allegheny County, Westmoreland County, and neighboring counties. • Drive to multiple locations daily to provide scheduled cleaning services. • Operate draft line cleaning equipment to drain, rinse, and sanitize beer lines. • Inspect draft systems for wear and make minor repairs as needed. • Diagnose and repair beverage systems including glycol power pack systems, coffee systems, refrigeration units, beer towers, and other beverage systems. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients. • Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and to company standards of quality. • Be available for on-call emergency dispatches during scheduled afternoons, weekend. (Rotating schedule) Requirements: • No prior experience in Refrigeration or Beverage Systems is required but preferred. We will provide on-the-job training. • Must pass a criminal background check. • Must have a current, valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a safe driving record. • A willingness to learn and grow in a technical field. • Attention to detail, and Reliability is a must. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
