Contractor is looking for a handyman or maintenance repair to do repairs on houses. Experience: 🔨Electrical: Be able to replace an outlet or breaker 🔨Plumbing: Be able to unclog drain, fix/replace toilet, 🔨Carpentry: Be able to repair a fence, hang a door and replace a window, install baseboards 🔨Flooring: Replace a few tiles, install LVP, patch subfloor 🔨Drywall and Paint: Be able to replace missing drywall, patches and paint Must: 🔨Have own tools 🔨Have own vehicle, preferrable a pickup to pick up materials and haul off garbage from site 🔨Have Smartphone and be able to take photos Pay is $24-$27/hour for the right candidate. We are currently seeking a Car Washer/ Auto Detailer to become an integral part of our team! You will be on your feet all day in a fast pace, outdoor setting cleaning the interior of rental car vehicles. You will also perform regular maintenance: non-mechanical services such as check tire pressure and fluid levels, in an orderly and safe manner. You will also identify and document vehicle conditions. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary.
