Key Responsibilities: · Participate actively in project kick-offs, maintaining detailed notes to assist PMs. · Manage comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and RFI logs. · Engage in subcontractor and vendor management, ensuring procurement and contractual accuracy. · Distribute shop drawings, manage finish submittals, and ensure readiness of job documentation. · Drive the coordination of project tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills. · Uphold safety standards by preparing and distributing relevant safety documentation. Desired Skills and Qualifications: · Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or related trades. · Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), and familiarity with project management software. · Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively. · Knowledge of construction practices and procedures preferred.
