Responsibilities • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records. • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. • Utilize double entry bookkeeping methods to maintain accurate ledgers. • Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections. • Prepare financial reports and assist in the preparation of budgets. • Use financial software, such as Quicken, to track expenses and revenues efficiently. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies. Experience • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred. • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. • Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in using financial software; experience with QuickBooks. • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable processes, and payroll. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
