We are hiring a bilingual Service Writer (English/Spanish) for our Auto Repair Shop In Los Angeles Job Title: Automotive Service Writer Location: Los Angeles Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Pay: Depending on Experience 💰 Plus Commission and Performance Bonuses Job Responsibilities: Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. Write detailed repair orders and explain services. Communicate with technicians about needed repairs. Provide accurate estimates and timelines. Follow up with customers during and after service. Maintain records and ensure customer satisfaction. Help increase shop sales through excellent service and upselling when appropriate. Requirements: Must speak both English and Spanish. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in auto repair Basic computer skills (POS systems, Mitchell1, CCC1, typing). Friendly, organized, and reliable.
