As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding service experience. We're looking for someone professional, organized and enthusiastic about helping people keep their vehicles running smoothly. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and over the phone. Accurately gather vehicle information and customer concerns. Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance services. Prepare and review repair estimates and invoices. Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process. Sell necessary services based on technician recommendations and vehicle history. Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written). Confidently explain automotive services and repair in a way customers understand. Professional demeanor with excellent phone and interpersonal etiquette. Solid reading and writing abilities for work orders and customer communication. General knowledge of automotive systems and services (prior experience in the industry a plus). Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment.
