Roofing technician (Portland/Vancouver)

I need a crew to install trusses and sheet a 50X132 pole barn. I need a good lead and at least 2 helpers or carpenters to assist in the construction. We are located 20 miles W of Spokane on the Spokane River. You must provide your own handtools although we will provide compressor, air nailer, telehandler and manlift etc. Must have good transportation and desire to show up every day and put in a good days work. We drug test so don't bother to apply if you can't pass. Posts and beams are installed and trusses are ready to be delivered

Responsibilities: Execute framing projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Interpret and follow blueprints to meet project specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Safely operate hand and power tools related to framing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Framer in the construction industry. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project specifications. Strong knowledge of framing techniques and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Commitment to workplace safety. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in framing construction. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA certification is a plus.
