We’re Hiring Foremen & Roofers We are hiring experienced Roofing Foremen and Roofers to join our year-round team on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. We’re looking for professionals with strong work ethics, craftsmanship, and leadership skills who are ready to relocate and contribute to high-end residential roofing projects. Housing assistance is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Foremen: Lead, supervise, and work alongside residential roofing crews Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to schedules Communicate with team members and project managers Ensure all work meets local building codes and company standards Roofers: Perform high-quality installations of roofing systems Work with concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, and metal Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow detailed installation procedures and safety protocols Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of full-time residential roofing experience (within the last 3 years) Foremen must have proven experience managing teams and projects U.S. citizen or valid work visa Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass drug test and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies) Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders English proficiency preferred What We Offer: $85K–$115K+ annual salary (based on experience and position) Weekly pay + overtime after 40 hours Medical benefits, paid vacation, and holidays Housing assistance for relocation for qualified candidates Flight reimbursement after 90 days Modern tools, clean job sites, and consistent year-round work How to Apply: We do not accept applications via third-party job boards.
