Production Seamstress/Seamster In this key role, you will be responsible for every step in the process of crafting custom and semi-custom garments, including cutting, sewing, and finishing. All work is performed on-site—this is not a remote work position. Pay and Benefits: $19–$23/hour depending on experience On-the-job training Flexible schedule On-site gym Unlimited public transportation use with ORCA card The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After a probationary period, this position may be eligible for an alternative schedule, including evenings and weekends. Our ideal candidate will have: At least one year of experience in commercial or piecework production sewing. Experience in sample garment construction. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards. Job requirements include: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of fabrics and pattern cutting practices. Experience and familiarity with various types of sewing machines and equipment. Ability to work well in a small team environment.
