Responsibilities and Requirements: • Care for established landscaping and lawns by mulching, mowing, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, trimming, and edging around flower beds. • Inspecting and repairing irrigation systems. • Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders. • Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs, and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools. • Gather and remove litter throughout the property. • Have reliable transportation. • Strong communication skills. • High standard of integrity and professionalism. • Ability to pass a background check. • Drug free at all times. • A high school diploma or GED required. • Benefits including medical, dental, optical, & paid vacation and 401K available.

Heavy equipment/ Diesel mechanic Qualifications: Heavy equipment mechanic, 5 years experience preferred Field experience a plus. Duties: -Diagnose and repair all types of construction equipment including, but not limited to, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, bull dozers, skid steers, forklifts, etc… -Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy duty trucks. -Repair engines, transmission, differentials, pumps, cylinders, etc… -Keeping your area and jobs as clean as possible. Qualifications: -5 Years experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy duty diesel and construction equipment. -Experience preforming in frame repairs on CAT, Detroit, and Cummins engines -Experience using Cat ET and SIS programs. Description: YBMG is seeking an experienced Electrician with at least 10 years of proven experience. Compensation will start at $65,000/year for those who are qualified. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems. • Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment. • Indoor electrical experience to include: breakers, wall plugs, wall plates, three-way switches, installation of exhaust fans, and any other normal commercial apartment electrical work that is necessary. • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safely orientation. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Must have a van or truck and own tools.
