Commercial / Residential General Contractor specializing in: - Interior & exterior large renovations - Commercial tenant improvement/retail (design-build) - Large commercial painting projects - High-end residential painting, stain, lacquer, clears, specialty coatings - Commercial waterproofing membrane systems, sealers - Kitchen & bathroom cabinetry (refinish or install new) - Tile flooring & surround installs (www.alliedtilenow.com) - Exterior siding repairs / Carpentry services - New & existing deck upgrades - Construct custom accessory structures & ADUs, etc. Diverse skillsets and projects, willing to train and provide work experience opportunities for your own future development. YOU MUST HAVE: 1.) Some minor prior experience 2.) Positive Attitude 3.) Desire to learn new tools & skills 4.) Good Transportation (solid vehicle to & from local jobs) 5.) Current Identification / Eligible to work JOBSITE REQUIREMENTS: 1.) Be Focused on Tasks (work time means working) 2.) 'No phone time' policy, blue tooth ear bud for music is acceptable at times 3.) Follow instructions, keep to-do list 4.) Clean all work zones continuously 5.)
