Responsibilities: As a Carpenter, your expertise will play a key role in the successful completion of projects, ensuring each component meets our client’s high standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Precisely install various types of interior and exterior trim including baseboards, staircase trim, standard and custom trim, crown molding, quarter round, and full architectural finish packages. Ensure all finish elements are installed plumb, level, and flush, maintaining a high standard of detail and quality across all visible Construct and install framing, forms, blocking, and backing with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to structural specifications and safety protocols. Execute demolition work as required for renovations or build-outs, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding structures. Assemble and secure roof trusses and wood or metal framing systems in accordance with engineering plans and local codes. Install subflooring, decking, windows, doors, and various exterior siding systems. Perform both interior and exterior finish work with consistency and high attention to aesthetic and functional outcomes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, complying with all safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: We're seeking an experienced professional who brings both technical skill and carpentry knowledge to every project. Ideal candidates will have: OSHA 10 certification preferred, but not mandatory (training opportunities available). Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or residential construction. Proven ability to consistently work a standard 40-hour week, with availability for overtime as needed. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a proactive approach to task management. Excellent references that confirm reliability, quality of work, and team collaboration. We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Technician to our existing HVAC team. Duties include the service, repair and installation of high efficiency forced air systems, forced hot water heating systems, air conditioning systems, ductless and heat pump systems and water heaters. Experience with oil is a plus. Must have EPA Certification, refrigerant license and a thorough understand of HVAC equipment and controls. Journeyman License a plus. I'm looking for 1 or 2 kayak guides to do cave point kayak tours in the month of September. Previous sea kayaking experience is required. Previous guiding experience, is preferred. This would only be happening on fridays, saturdays and sundays today in september.And maybe early october. Tours are two hours long and pay seventy five dollars. But there is an hour of set up and break down 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the tour.
