Position: Porter TA Travel Center is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Porters to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems. Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management. Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary. The Estimator will understand and communicate intent of construction documents. This position will perform a variety of tasks, often changing on short notice. This position reports directly to the President. The Estimator will portray a professional image, while displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism when representing the company to all project related parties. RESPONSIBILITIES  Communicate with general contractors, end users, manufacturer representatives, vendors, suppliers and labor subcontractors  Understand and communicate intent of all construction documents.  Obtain and review plans and specifications  Complete take-offs and prepare bid worksheet  Prepare job costing using “job costing guidelines”  Generate proposals  Conduct job walk of upcoming work when requested  Communicate daily will all company personnel  Other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager REQUIRED ABILITIES AND SKILLS  Effective verbal and written communication skills  Organize, and problem solve  Strong basic math skills  Be a team player and self-motivated  Follow direction  Solid computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook  Solid background in an estimating program  Other skills as needed and assigned **The position of Estimator maintains “NON EXEMPT” status**

What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years as a motorcycle repair technician. Certification: OEM/Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) certifications preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-stroke and four-stroke engines, as well as electrical systems. Brand Experience: Experience with BMW, Honda, and Yamaha strongly preferred. Tools: Must provide and maintain your own basic tools. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely maneuver motorcycles weighing 800+ lbs. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality workmanship. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge for diagnostics, service records, and parts ordering. License: Valid M1 motorcycle endorsement, at least 5 years of riding experience, and a clean driving record.
