Masonry Bid Estimator Masonry and stucco company seeking full time bid estimator. Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Prepare estimates for commercial work pertaining to brick, block, stone, and stucco using plan sets and/or commercially available online takeoff tools. -Be responsible for working with subcontractors and suppliers during the bid process in order to obtain complete bid package information. -Prepare accurate bid proposals and propose them to the general contractors. -Review the project documents for value engineering suggestions. -Work with the Estimating Team and the Client to review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate. -Must be able to work with Project Manager and company owner to ensure that projects are kept on schedule and on budget. -Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures with bid estimating team. -Applicants must have the ability to take initiative and work independently while also collaborating in a team environment. -Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills used in working with the internal team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal Masonry Estimator will meet the following qualifications: -Be professional, reliable and a hard-working self-starter -Have experience in masonry estimating -Must be detail oriented, a good communicator, and be able to accurately read construction drawings and specs -Able to take direction -Presentable and well spoken -Good time management skills and organization skills -Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word/iSQFT /BidClerk/ DodgeReport -The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience estimating small to multi-million dollar projects in the commercial sectors, both private and public. - Must have masonry estimating experience. Position Summary: The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a concrete (line) pump on various commercial and industrial job sites. This role requires experience in handling pumping equipment, setting up the pump, coordinating with crew members, and ensuring high-quality grout placement that meets job specifications, safety standards, and project deadlines. Must be able to pass background check for military base access Key Responsibilities • Operation of Equipment: Safely operate concrete pumps to place grout at specified locations, managing pump pressure, line flow, and pump efficiency. • Setup & Tear Down: Prepare pump equipment, hoses, lines, and attachments at the beginning of the shift and properly dismantle, clean, and store them after use. • Jobsite Coordination: Work closely with the masonry crew and project managers to coordinate grout delivery and placement. • Maintenance: Perform daily inspections, lubrication, and minor maintenance of the pump to ensure reliable operation.
