Looking for experienced and driven maintenance team member for our apartment portfolio; should have the following skills: drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing with the ability to learn on the fly. Must have reliable transportation and your own tools. We have communities mainly in central Tucson area, so our team members must be willing to work remotely and at different locations throughout the day if needed. Competitive pay for experienced individuals; seeking lead who can independently think and produce schedules --- YOU ARE THE one who decides once we complete initial period Expected pay is $25 hour - typical work week is 20-25 hours

Required Qualifications • 3+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in civil construction and/or concrete. • Experience with foundations, structural steel, and deep foundation methods (caissons, tiebacks, micropiles) strongly preferred. • No degree required — equivalent experience and a proven track record accepted. • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and field personnel. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to the Guadalupe site and other regional locations as needed. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or equivalent) preferred. Preferred Qualifications • OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training. • PMP or CCM and/or prior experience managing heavy civil/structural projects. • Experience interpreting structural/geotechnical drawings and specifications.
