Job Description: Maintenance: Unit Turnovers: Completing the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant units for new tenants. Emergency Response: Addressing urgent repair needs, such as those affecting resident. Maintenance Supervisor will perform interior and exterior preventative maintenance repair including but not limited to general maintenance requests, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, appliance experience, be able to keep working area clear of debris as well as all common areas Support the on-site team during downtime with porter/grounds duties as needed. In addition: ✔️You must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 60 lbs. This position will include walking, standing, bending, and climbing, you will often be exposed to the elements of the weather and must be prepared accordingly. ✔️Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Requirements: • Maintenance techs/supervisors: basic tools (screwdriver, hammer, drill, etc.) required. • Must clean with detail, trash collection or landscaping. 1 year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial building.
