Retirement Plan Administration Associate
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Retirement Plan Administration team. The Retirement Plan Administration Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of compliance systems data maintenance to support transaction processing, compliance testing, and reporting. Tasks are conducted under limited direct supervision but under the review of department leaders. This position may also involve working cross-departmentally with other Boulay Departments to effectively accomplish projects and tasks

Responsibilities:
Plan Administration SupportÂ
Analyze plan documents to determine terms, responsibilities, and duties associated with service provided for the planÂ
Ensure system specifications reflect written plan documentsÂ
Manage benefit plan records and information for clientsÂ
Analyze and process census information Â
Reconcile and update participant dataÂ
Review selected incoming distribution documentation paperwork for completeness and accuracyÂ
Assist in calculating and processing transactions, distributions, and loan requestsÂ
Manage trust statements and perform trust accountingÂ
Prepare Forms 5500 and compile reportsÂ
Assist in the evaluation of takeover plans and coordinate related transition of dataÂ
Assist with managing deadlines, correspondence, data collection, and retirement plan compliance for clientsÂ
Remain actively involved in departmental development of processes and procedures.Â
Compliance System Data ManagementÂ
Serve as a centralized data management resource for all our internal and external contacts Â
Maintain contact management systems data, plan sponsor and participant web access Â
Manage data links with partner financial institutionsÂ
Requirements
Required:
Associate Degree, Bachelorâs Degree, or equivalent employment experienceÂ
0-2 years of experience
Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programsÂ
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentialityÂ
Strong reading comprehension with complex materialÂ
Strong analytical and mathematical skills Â
Preferred:âŻÂ
Previous experience in a similar role Â
Experience with Relius software is preferredÂ

The annual salary range for this position is: $64,000 - $87,000. This salary range reflects the anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending on an individualâs experience, knowledge, and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives, commissions, profit sharing, and more, depending on the role.
