Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a crew of installers to perform at their best. • On-site Installation: Actively participate in the installation of custom cabinets, millwork, and countertops, ensuring all work is level, plumb, and precise. • Project Management: Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, material management, and coordinating with general contractors and clients. • Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks and address any issues proactively, ensuring the final product meets our high standards. • Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process to ensure their satisfaction. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site. Qualifications and Skills • Proven experience as a cabinet installer with at least 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role. • Advanced carpentry skills and a strong understanding of fine woodworking and cabinet construction. • Proficient in reading blueprints, architectural drawings, and shop drawings. • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites.
