Small Bay-Friendly Landscaping Business Seeks Experienced Crew Leader & Experienced Crew Member   Join us to create and care for beautiful and sustainable gardens with a great team of people.  Work sites are diverse and pleasant residences, located in Oakland / East Bay / SF.   *** CREW LEADER *** Responsibilities Liason between owner and crew (3-5 ppl). Responsible for the management of daily tasks and crew. Fine gardening specific to Bay Area ornamental residential gardens. Landscaping include irrigation, soil grading & amending, planting, hardscape + LV lighting Tool Management Log Activities & Hours via Jobber and/or CompanyCam Requirements / Qualifications Minimum 1 Year Experience as Crew Leader 3 Years Professional Experience as Bay Area Fine Gardener & Landscaper Solid horticultural knowledge and understanding of common Bay Area ornamental plants Fine Gardening: pruning, dead-heading, pest / disease identification Drip Irrigation Repair + Installation Soil Amending + Grading Landscape Masonry + Basic Carpentry Excellent Time Management Focused + Detailed-Oriented Accountable Excellent Communication Skills in English & Spanish; Mam is a plus.
