Safety oriented personnel 2. Service oriented personnel 3. Desire to learn all applications of insulation 4. Personnel willing to handle materials, work with knives and on scaffolding 5. Ability to kneel, stoop, bend and stand for long periods of time 6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude 7. Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces, this is a requirement 8. Reliable individuals with regular attendance To be eligible for employment: 1. You must be able to pass a drug test, minor physical, background check and a DMV record check 2. Must have a valid driver's license with CLEAN DRIVING RECORD 3. Must be able to lift in excess of 75 pounds 4.
