We are seeking experienced and skilled **Drywall Carpenters, Painters, and Framers** to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial construction projects across the Northeast Alabama area. The ideal candidates will have proven hands-on experience in their trade, the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship, and a commitment to completing projects on time. **Responsibilities:** * Perform drywall installation, finishing, texturing, and repairs with precision. * Execute framing work including layout, cutting, assembling, and installation according to project specifications. * Prepare and apply interior/exterior paint, including priming, sanding, caulking, and finishing. **Requirements:** * Must be able to travel to Gadsden, AL area, as needed. * Minimum 2yrs of proven experience in drywall, painting, or framing (multi-trade skills a plus). * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. * Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. * Reliable transportation is required. * Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment as needed. * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
