Full-Time work opportunity in Wallingford, CT IFL Inc. is a Houston-based industrial demolition leader seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for a project in Wallingford, CT. We are mobilizing to disassemble a manufacturing facility, and we need skilled crew members to help us complete this complex project. The Work You will be involved in the full-scale disassembly of a manufacturing facility. This includes: • Mechanical Demolition: Taking apart various types of machinery (e.g., opening bolts, torch work). • Electrical Removal: Removing and dismantling the facility's electrical infrastructure. • General Labor: Assisting with all facets of the demolition process. We are hiring for full-time positions and seeking candidates with experience in: • Mechanical Work (some experience required) • General knowledge of hand tools • Electrical services (general knowledge is a plus!) • Equipment Operation (forklifts, Skytrax, overhead cranes, etc.) • Spanish speaking is a plus as many of our team do speak Spanish. Job Requirements • You must be 21 years of age or older. • Must have a valid State-issued ID. • Must have dependable transportation to the Louisville, OH job site. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions). • Must have good people skills (work good with others) Compensation: If we decide you are a good fit for our team, we will start you out at $20.00 per hour and if you are a hard-working dependable person we have no issues taking you to is high as $30.00 per hour. After the first 30 days.
