Overloaded GC looking to partner with another experienced, licensed GC to work on residential remodeling projects. The Poway project is ready now, other projects are available later this year. You must have your own current and valid California GC license. (you cannot use your friend's license) Must have your own truck and tools and at least one helper. (preferably 2; one skilled and one laborer) Work can be paid by the day or under a bid but you will be sent an IRS form 1099 at the end of the year. Must be clean, conscientious and care about the quality of your work. Must have at least 15 years experience in framing, tile, electrical, plumbing and drywall. If you don't have experience or a have a good sub for some of those trades, I do. Must reply with recent references from other GC's or homeowner's that I can call on to verify your experience.

I need an individual who is experienced in hanging doors, building and setting cabinets, installing electrical finishes and fixtures. Primarily those are the tasks at hand now. We are a full build contractor and only have word of mouth clients. Benefits depend on experience. Applicants should have most of the tools they need.
