Looking for a construction assistant for residential remodeling. Requirements: Basic tools. Basic experience in repairs and renovations. Availability to work full time. Reliable transportation. Clean appearance and drug-free.

Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting/repairing underground coal mining equipment Perform full service on all equipment, diesel or electric Proper troubleshooting techniques on diesel and electric equipment Visually inspect and secure work area for hazards or potential hazards Ensure equipment, and tools are utilized in a safe and responsible manner Self-motivated and confident to work individually, but also the ability to work well with others as a team Determine the type and extent of repair work needed on various types of mining equipment Interpret blueprints, and schematics Perform work area housekeeping duties Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Other duties as necessary Requirements Experience with both diesel and electrical underground coal mining equipment 2 +  years experience, preferred Benefits In-experienced Mechanics are processed through a contracting service starting at $20.00 per hour. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Minimum of two years in skilled apartment maintenance work required. • Must have own transportation, driver’s license and vehicle insurance that is commensurate with company policy. • Take directions from the supervisor. • Coach-ability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement, accepting accountability when appropriate. • Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions in the English language. • Work in a collaborative manner, as a part of the site team. • Flexible to change work schedules. • Understand and commit to the mission and values of Mutual Housing. • Wear a Mutual Housing Management uniform at all times when on duty. • Learn how to input maintenance work orders and other information into computer programs. • Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check.
