Who You Are: • Proficient in using software and familiar with basic tech tools for task management and communication. • Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable vehicle • Have a good set of tools and knowledge on utilizing them • 2+ years in experience in, general repairs, paint, drywall, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. • Able to lift 50+ lbs, to climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions • Huge plus if you hold trade certifications (EPA, HVAC, plumbing, etc.). • Huge plus if you have Appfolio, Slack, and Happy Co or similar software. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate & Build the Dream: • Partner with the Superintendent and fellow techs to crush daily goals • Coordinate with vendors and confirm work is done right • Help shape processes and systems as we scale Keep Properties Running Smoothly: • Jump into action for routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc) • Self diagnose issues and deliver quality fixes that residents can count on • Tackle daily work orders with your team quickly and professionally • Keep your tools, truck/van, and workspaces clean, stocked, and ready to roll Turn Units Like a Pro: • Get apartments ready for new residents—paint, patch, fix, and upgrade with speed and care • Assist in inspecting over 100 buildings regularly and flag anything that needs attention • Ensure all repairs meet safety codes and company quality standards Stay Safe and Communicate Clearly: • Follow state and company safety protocols—safety is non-negotiable Why Join Us?
