Duties for this position includes ground up residential remodeling, framing, window, concrete foundations and footings, doors, finish work and siding installation; structural and architectural repairs; as well as other general construction of residential projects. Job Description • May supervise apprentices and laborers on projects • Work with Project Manager with respect to project outlines, plans, schedules job cost tracking and safety • Provide top quality service and ensure customer satisfaction • Must have valid driver's license and dependable work vehicle with a ladder rack • Must have tools of your trade, including power tools, befitting a journeyman carpenter Applicant must have attention to details and a positive attitude along with excellent customer service skills. Possess a strong work ethic and be able to follow directions. Employee must be able to work at different locations each day and travel between different locations during a given day.
