Key Responsibilities: - Perform outdoor pest control treatments at residential properties - Inspect lawn, ornamentals, and turf for signs of pests and identify the type of infestation - Determine the appropriate treatment method and apply pesticides or other pest control measures - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork Skills/Requirements: - Knowledge of pest control techniques and products - Familiarity with lawn care best practices - Ability to drive to different locations and navigate using GPS - Proficiency in operating power tools and spray equipment - Short grass/Golf grass experience preferred but not required - Experience in integrated pest management - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required - Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
