CONSTRUCTION TRADES MEN! We need you! Finishers in most trades needed

A top Philadelphia and south jersey contractor is seeking permanent full time great laborers with skills. 1. We do complete full gut rehabs, new construction and kitchens baths 2. Looking for men who can do more than 1 full trade to finish by himself if need be. 3. Drywall, Plumbing, electrical, flooring, are what we need, not interested in painters, roofers or demo guys, (stuff anyone can do or I'll sub it out because its only needed 1x per job) we demo 1 day per rehab, so if you tell me yhats what you do, im sorry not interested, and we can all paint, and roof is 1 da6 per job, so i sub that out, dont need ya. the more you can do the better for you and me. 4. You must have your own transportation, be willing to work in Philly and south jersey and places like delco. Never more than 20 min from the city, so driving 20 mins to work should be a non issue, I don't want to hear about tolls.. 5. We will pay you what you deserve or more based on what people make. If your not happy neither am I. 6. Not looking to train anyone, and 1 year experience isn't enough. 7. $20 to $25 to start, and I mean to start, to prove to me you are for real. Then we negotiate. 8. No drugs, no alcohol. 9.,if you don't have any tools your not what we are looking for. But I supply the heavy stuff. You can start immediately, but I'd like to meet you first.
