We are a full service Design-Build Construction company currently looking to hire a skilled Carpenter with the ability to work on Residential Addition projects from layout to punchout. We work primarily in Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Carroll Counties. Our projects are from the ground up and include Additions, In-Law Suites, Second Floor Additions, Foundations, Decks, Screened Porches, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Custom Carpentry. Requirements & Responsibilities: -5 Years Minimum Experience -Truck and Basic Tools -Understanding of Maryland Residential Building Codes (IRC 2021) -Foundation Layout for Additions -Oversee all aspects of construction -Ensure cleanliness and safety of the site -Understanding of residential Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC -Ensure client satisfaction at all times

The daily work is to drive the equipment to and from the site, most of the time it will be ford f-550 with trailers. And then work onsite each day with the crew doing pipe work, hand digging, hauling dirt wit dump trucks, ect.. We are a communication company that installs pipe and cable.
