We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to lead our construction crew. This is a hands-on leadership role—you will not only supervise the team but also actively work alongside them, leading by example to ensure projects are completed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. A strong background in framing, carpentry, and finish carpentry is essential. Responsibilities: -Lead by example by actively performing hands-on tasks, including framing, rough carpentry, and precision finish carpentry. -Read and interpret building plans, blueprints, and schematics to guide the crew and ensure accurate execution of the project from start to finish. -Direct and manage the daily on-site activities of the construction crew, coordinating tasks and schedules to meet deadlines. -Train and mentor junior crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures. -Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce all company and regulatory safety policies. -Communicate effectively with the project manager and other stakeholders, providing regular progress updates. -Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to materials, equipment, or personnel. Qualifications: -Proven, hands-on experience as a working foreman, crew leader, or in a similar supervisory role. -Extensive, verifiable experience in framing, carpentry, and finish carpentry. -Proficient at reading and understanding building plans, specifications, and construction drawings. -A natural ability to lead and motivate a team while working in a fast-paced environment. -In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Must be able to physically handle the demands of a construction site. -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ***Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus, as it helps with on-site communication, safety, and team cohesion. Projects range from two week selective repairs jobs; up to year-long siding projects. We are currently looking for multiple laborers to join our team for projects in Seattle and Kirkland. Candidates must understand construciton basics include power tool operation; have reliable transportation and a clean record to work on these occupied homes. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $24-$32 per hour depending on experience plus paid medical insurance after 60-day evaluation period & 401K with company match Common tasks and desired skill-set include: • Selective demolition of stucco, gypsum and framing.
