Protrk® is seeking a skilled and experienced working Concrete Foreman (bag’s on position) to lead our concrete crews on commercial projects throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This is a traveling, full-time, hourly paid position based out of Los Angeles, requiring work across Northern and Southern California. The work is commercial only. Responsibilities: Hands-on leadership as a working foreman (bag’s on) Lead and supervise concrete crews on-site Must be able to supervise, train, and self perform form and finish work to turn high quality workmanship Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards Oversee safety compliance and enforce OSHA regulations Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and manpower resources Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a working Concrete Foreman or similar role Expertise in concrete finishing, forming, and curing techniques Strong leadership and team management skills, including manpower resource management Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across California Knowledge and experience of ADA requirements is a huge plus OSHA safety certification preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment 14 days of earned paid time off (PTO) for sick and vacation days Company Truck Ford 550 XLT, Company expense CC, Iphone.
