Strong knowledge of framing techniques and best practices. Proficiency in using framing tools and equipment (e.g., saws, nail guns, levels). Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
