Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions of units. Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests. Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and plumbing. We are small but busy custom cabinet and woodworking shop in Menlo Park. We build high-end residential cabinets, both European-style and face frame, and occasional furniture. We have lots of jobs and need an experienced cabinet maker to work along side one of the owners, and who wants to be with us long-term. You must be an expert in reading drawings and building jobs from cut-lists and plans from start to finish, including installation. This is not a management position, you would be building cabinets in the shop. We need an excellent craftsman who pays attention to details, as we only do high-quality work for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and quality control from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of the concrete crew. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate layout and construction.
