Tag and record defective or out-of-service equipment for repair or replacement. Adhere to all OSHA, DOT, and company-specific safety policies, including the proper use of PPE at all times. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; report unsafe conditions immediately. Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard assessments.
