Prefer someone that has over 5+ years of collision repair experience, but will train if needed and hopefully able to work independently. Potential earnings over $100K a year. Basic Requirements: -Must have 3+ years of experience in tractor/trailer and automotive repair. -Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent  -Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and aptitude test  -Must possess a superb attitude, be highly motivated, and very detail oriented.   -Ability to lift 50 lbs.  -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Must be able to work with vehicle software to diagnose and solve problems. -Working conditions may be inside or outside the shop. -Must have a valid driver’s license. Hemenway Construction is seeking an experienced technician to fulfill a role as Site Manager to manage 1-3 commercial projects 5-10k sq. ft. each. The ideal candidate is skilled in carpentry with a strong background in managing safety, quality control, and scheduling in occupied and high-performance commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities Must Have: Site Management: Oversee job site signage, cleanliness, and security. Light Carpentry Tasks: Installing temporary doors, Framing up temporary barricades and walls, Covering up openings with plywood, Temporary railings, Installing Signage Posts and Boards, Setting up Generators, Setting up Site Offices, Materials Handlings and Storage on Site, and other light carpentry tasks. Vehicle: Must have transportation to and from office and/or jobsite. Tools: Must have own set of basic hand tools, drill, sawzall, skill saw.
