Makawao Vet’s Boarding, Grooming, and Health Center is hiring for kennel attendant and pet grooming positions. Both require a thoughtful, patient individual who has a soothing effect on animals. Our mission is to create a calm environment while providing excellent care. Physical strength and stamina are required, since you will walk and handle dogs up to 100 pounds, lift up to 50 pounds, and be on your feet . The kennel attendant can walk up to seven miles a day. Our desired team members approach these tasks with a quiet, steady, and gentle energy. This is a full time position with a 4 day work week (36+ hours) and are eligible for medical, dental, and 401k after 120 days. Please reply with a resume and references.
