Responsibilities: Road Technician-Install access control systems, electrified hardware, wireless lock systems, head end controllers, wiring, programming, among other related duties. Set up work for projects being done in the field. Provide friendly and respectful customer service. Troubleshoot and resolve lock-related issues. Detail oriented. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a community-focused environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. • Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to kindness, respect, and clarity in all interactions. • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to improve performance and efficiency. • High school diploma or equivalent; must have valid driver's license and pass background check and drug screening.
