The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems and/or an HVAC certification. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure our property and equipment remain in top condition. Responsibilities: - Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment. - Perform routine building and facility maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues. - Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. - Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
