Weâre a small, growing company in Phoenix/Scottsdale that designs and installs climate-controlled wine cellars â and weâre looking for an HVACR technician whoâs ready to help us build something beautiful and different. đĄ What Makes This Job Unique?    â˘Â   You wonât just be fixing broken units â youâll be building high-end cooling systems that protect fine wine collections and work inside luxury homes, restaurants, and estates.    â˘Â   Every job is different. Youâll work with custom design specs, unique cooling challenges, and clients who care about quality. * We also do service work and maintenance work* * Looking for a working Leadman to help grow that division* đ What We Offer    â˘Â   $28.00-$38.00 per hour (after 90 days, custom benefit package) based on experience (EPA certs and wine cellar experience = đ°)    â˘Â   Possible vehicle, some tools and training, and a long-term path to grow with us.    â˘Â   A chance to do specialty work that sets you apart from the typical HVAC crew. đ This is an opportunity, not just a job.
