Fabricator Needed ASAP!! (Aston, PA)

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Fabricator for an immediate start in Aston, PA! FULL TIME -- WEEKLY PAY!! PAY: $21-$25/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/week) SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 3:30 pm START DATE: ASAP DURATION: Temp-To-Hire About the Role: We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Shop Fabricator with our client in Aston, PA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fabricating rigging products made of synthetics, steel cable, and chain assemblies used in heavy lifting and cargo tie-down applications. While previous industrial experience is a plus, it’s not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities: --Fabricate rigging products using synthetics, steel cable, and chain assemblies --Operate heavy-duty production equipment safely and efficiently --Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in production tasks --Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on the manufacturing floor --Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals --Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering equipment throughout the shift Qualifications: --High school diploma or GED (required) --Reliable transportation to and from the Aston, PA facility --Strong mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity --Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math (addition and subtraction) --Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship --General understanding of manufacturing safety practices --Ability to work in a loud production environment and handle physically demanding tasks Additional Requirements: --Must be eligible to work in the United States --Must have reliable transportation to the job site --Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER!
