Description

Curology is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations—covering procurement, planning, manufacturing partnerships, distribution, and logistics—while ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant delivery of our products. This leader will embed a culture of regulatory excellence, bringing deep experience in OTC, FDA, and other regulatory frameworks, along with the adaptability and hands-on approach needed in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Partnering closely with our lab, pharmacy, inventory, and fulfillment teams, the VP will manage a network of suppliers, drive customer service, optimize inventory and total supply chain costs, and monitor performance metrics to guide continuous improvement. Success in this role requires building strong external partnerships as well as deep internal collaboration to align the supply chain with Curology’s mission and growth objectives. What you'll do: Build and scale a high-performing supply chain team across planning, inventory, transportation, procurement, and business systems to optimize productivity and support company growth. Lead and continuously improve the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in close partnership with Commercial and Finance teams. Identify and resolve supply chain risks by working directly with brokers, suppliers, 3PLs, and logistics carriers to mitigate cost and service impacts. Develop and execute logistics strategy that adapts to business needs, driving cost reductions, service enhancements, strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement. Deliver accurate supply chain forecasts in partnership with Finance to support company-wide planning and decision-making. Support innovation and new product launches by partnering with Product Marketing and Development to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery through effective process improvement and project management. Align production operations with demand forecasts, lead times, and supplier capacity through detailed planning and scheduling. Embed quality and compliance by collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to uphold cGMP standards, product integrity, and continuous quality improvements across the supply chain. Foster cross-functional collaboration with Lab, Pharmacy, Fulfillment, Medical, Finance, and Marketing to improve speed-to-market, pricing, processes, and supply chain transparency. Establish and achieve supply chain KPIs in customer service, transportation, inventory, and cost-to-serve, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Develop and manage supplier strategy, including sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor relationships, and cost management. Leverage technology and process design to reduce product and freight costs, our largest cost drivers. Promote performance and development through strong leadership, collaboration, and measurable outcomes across the supply chain team. Represent Curology externally with suppliers, logistics partners, and 3PLs through travel and relationship management as needed. Ensure transparency and consistency in all supply chain practices, fostering trust and alignment across the organization. Requirements 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership with experience in e-commerce, consumer products, and/or retail. Strong background in OTC, FDA, and regulatory compliance within cosmetics, beauty care, or related industries. Start-up or rapid growth experience with the ability to scale processes and teams in fast-changing environments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving results while resolving operational challenges. Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity and complex environments, delivering sustainable performance improvements. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance operational efficiency, analytical rigor, and quality standards. Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of building trust and credibility across diverse teams. Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships at all levels, internally and externally. Proven ability to leverage technology (ERP, MRP, BOMs, WMS; NetSuite experience a plus) and data to drive process improvements and change initiatives.
