SciTec is seeking a Verification Lead who is responsible planning, developing, and executing the verification and validation (V&V) strategy for all data processing and ground infrastructure systems. This includes ensuring that mission data, from initial capture to final analysis, is handled with accuracy, integrity, and reliability, and that all infrastructure components meet stringent performance and security requirements. This role requires close collaboration with mission operations, software development, systems engineering, and program management to align V&V activities with overall mission objectives. The lead will manage a team of verification engineers and will be accountable for the full lifecycle of testing. Duties performed in Aurora, CO and Boulder, CO. Verification Lead responsibilities include: Verification Strategy and Planning Develop and execute a multi-year, comprehensive V&V plan for ground software, hardware, and data processing systems. Define V&V requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring complete and traceable coverage of system requirements. Manage and prioritize V&V activities to support program schedules and mission readiness. Technical Leadership and Execution Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the test lifecycle. Oversee the design, development, and execution of test procedures, including automated and manual test cases for mission control, telemetry processing, and data archiving systems. Manage the verification process for mission-critical software and hardware Infrastructure and Automation Architect and maintain the verification infrastructure and test environments, leveraging modern technologies, scripting, and automation tools. Integrate test automation into the CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipeline to enable efficient and continuous validation of mission data processing software. Ensure the test environment accurately simulates operational conditions. Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain key V&V documentation, including test plans, procedures, and detailed test reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for mission-critical systems. Report on verification activities and communicate test outcomes, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership. Problem Solving and Collaboration: Lead anomaly investigation teams to analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and mission operations, to drive continuous improvement and ensure seamless integration. Act as the primary on-site technical contact for verification matters with key external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned Requirements The following minimum qualifications are required for the position: Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of progressive experience in software or systems verification and validation within the aerospace, defense, or a similarly regulated industry. 5+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams and complex technical programs. About Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI): Created in July 2021 as a result of combination of Kuecker Logistics Group, PULSE Integration and QC Software by private equity firm Ares Management, Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is a systems integrator that seeks out leading technologies within the areas of material handling equipment and information systems and combines them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customers’ operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. Our Site Supervisors are the onsite project owner of construction and installation phases with a primary goal of safely delivering a successful installation that conforms to design, schedule, and cost. The Site Supervisor must develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients while also managing suppliers, third parties and direct reports. The Site Supervisor is also the main conduit of communication with KPI leadership and must provide frequent updates including daily reports and alerts. The incumbent ensures the site office operates smoothly and efficiently, receiving and directing visitors. Deliver exceptional client service while professionally representing KPI as the primary onsite point of contact. Collaborative and proactive liaison and co-ordination with customer site representative. Establish and monitor compliance with health and safety practices while delivering the installation that results in zero incidents. Oversee the work of sub-contractor site supervisors to ensure work completion meets expectations. Conduct regular updates/meetings (weekly at a minimum) to keep all parties informed and on track. Supervise and coordinate the mechanical and electrical installation, ensuring that the installation is in line with the project installation specifications, safety, and drawings. Strong commitment co-ordination and monitoring of safety in general. Hold regular safety meetings with all site personnel, including sub-contractors. Identify problem areas and ensure timely resolution, working with KPI`s engineering team. Work closely with project manager to ensure project is delivering a quality solution as scoped and scheduled within budget. Requirements High School Diploma preferred. Trade School training in mechanical trade such as Millwright a Plus. Preferably 5-8 years supervisory in material Handling, Robotics, Manufacturing or Packaging background preferably in high automation environments. Electrical background preferred Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on effective oral and written communication (business writing and proofreading skills required). Strong proficiency in MS Outlook/Software tools, HRIS tools and employee database. Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS. Must possess the ability to work effectively as an individual and part of a collaborative team while working in a fast-paced environment. Must maintain sensitive information as confidential. Strong customer communication, & interpersonal skills. Spanish is a plus. Supervise associates assigned to the project 4-6 Team Members and sub-contractors. Responsible for ensuring all KPI and sub-contractors on client site adhere to KPI and customer’s safety and conduct rule.
