Oversee incident response, threat management, and vulnerability testing. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance on secure design. Lead internal security awareness and training programs. Requirements 10+ years in information security, with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks. Proven success in securing SaaS or FinTech platforms. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. Excellent leadership, risk management, and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Lead with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will lead QA strategy and teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA strategy across manual and automated testing. Manage and mentor SQA engineers to ensure excellence in quality. Oversee compliance-driven testing frameworks (AML, KYC, fraud prevention). Define and enforce QA standards and best practices. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve product quality. Requirements 7+ years in QA roles, with at least 2 years in leadership. Strong expertise in test automation frameworks. Knowledge of compliance-driven product testing. Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. The carpenter position works with the Carpenter Foreman in performing all activities related to fabrication and setup of forms for all precast concrete products fabricated in the plant, as well as performing miscellaneous carpentry work as directed by management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilizes approved piece tickets to construct forms for specific precast concrete panels in conformance with the architectural specifications and applicable PCI requirements. Meets regularly with the Carpenter Foreman to discuss anticipated production sequences and potential form construction problems, and to provide input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Provides information to the Carpenter Foreman on the inventory status of all form-related material so that supplies and materials can be ordered in a timely fashion to ensure performance of scheduled work. Properly maintains tools and utilizes appropriate safety guards. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of recent general carpentry experience. Minimum of 2 years working with finish carpentry products such as cabinetry a other forms of woodworking. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures/specifications. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and piece tickets.
