Description

East Bank Club is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. You will be tasked with ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while teaching proper swim techniques and water safety. Rate of Pay: Rate of Pay: 100% commission. Commission structure: 40% of service revenue. Estimated earnings range: $24-33 per hour based on typical services volume.  Privates 30 minutes $16.00  60 minutes $32.00 Semi-privates 30 minutes $18.40 60 minutes $36.80 Youth groups  30 minutes $15.00 Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement swim lesson plans Provide individual and group instruction to participants of all ages and skill levels Assess participant abilities and adjust instruction as needed Ensure a safe and positive learning environment Enforce safety rules and guidelines Communicate effectively with participants and their parents/guardians Maintain accurate records of participant progress Attend required meetings and training sessions Assist with swim team or special aquatic events, as needed Requirements Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
