Understand prospect budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to navigate through the sales cycle and secure contracts. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and maintain a cohesive sales strategy. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements Able to work in a hybrid setup, or should be able to close face-to-face deals. At least 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar sales role. B2B (business-to-business) environment experience. Extensive experience with end-to-end sales cycle. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities. Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
