Reporting to the General Manager, OFS, you will support the business line leadership team to execute on their revenue strategy.  This role bridges tactical execution with long-term strategy to enable high-performing revenue teams. What you will do: Sales Operations - North America (50%) Oversee North America sales commission plans calculations methodology, strategic reporting of sales commission plans to support alignment with revenue strategy, and standard reporting to Payroll, Finance, and HR for commissions processing. Build and maintain reporting dashboards to support sales performance and pipeline health. Equip sales teams with insights and tools for effective meetings, opportunity reviews, and performance tracking. Support complex enterprise renewals for OFS. Partner with sales leadership to define and optimize territory planning based on evolving structure and market dynamics. Represent North American sales needs to global stakeholders, advocating for tools and processes that drive regional success. Global Sales Ops Support & Data Management (50%) Own the strategic optimization of CRM (HubSpot) workflows, lead routing, and data governance policies to enhance sales effectiveness and decision-making - working closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing) to ensure data hygiene, lead routing efficiency, and consistent adoption. Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting frameworks for global sales leadership and executive stakeholders. Partner with internal analytics and engineering teams on BI development. Track and report on global KPIs including new sales metrics, annual contract value (ACV), conversion rates, customer retention, and expansion metrics. Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives such as annual planning, segmentation models, and sales workflow redesigns. Continuous improvement of the sales workflow.  Requirements We want you to succeed, so you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably in an ag-tech product environment Experience working with cross-functional teams in a distributed, high-growth organization Deep proficiency in CRM technologies (HubSpot preferred) Familiarity with IoT business models or subscription-based products Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate across departments Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000 per year Please note that the base pay offered may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, geographic location, as well as business and organizational needs.
