Sales Development Representative - Houston TX GHGSat offers greenhouse gas detection, measurement, and monitoring services to industrial and government customers around the world. The company uses its own satellites and aircraft sensors, combined with third-party data, to help industrial emitters better understand, control, and reduce their emissions. As GHGSat continues its journey to build the world's leading geospatial atmospheric data platform, we are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDR) for our satellite derived methane monitoring products. These products help companies across commercial sectors identify and analyze methane gas emissions helping them proactively mitigate and manage the risk of loss of their valuable product. What you’ll do:  Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers for our Government sales team. Research and build new and existing government accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns. Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email. Apply your effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams specifically the Marketing team. Work in a fast-pace environment, taking the initiative to get stuff done, try something new and share your findings with your team. Requirements Located in Houston, TX (Remote) Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience 2+ year of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets Strong communication skills via phone, email and chat Cross functional experience, working alongside Sales and Marketing Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization (to AE or AD) Desired: High level of proficiency with SalesForce, Pardot and LinkedIn Navigator Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes GHGSat offers a creative and highly-motivating work environment. The Program Assistant will be responsible for the efficient office administrative operations and functions. and liaison between other offices. The qualified candidate will serve as a liaison between offices and will be responsible for coordinating data calls, record keeping/reporting, travel schedules, conference room schedules and executing the day-to-day office operations.
