About Boosterz Boosterz is a Los Angeles–based digital platform that empowers student‑athletes and teams to raise funds, build their personal brands, and tap into NIL opportunities through content‑driven fan engagement. We partner with coaches, booster clubs, and brands to deliver sustainable, community‑backed support systems—no product sales required. Role Overview As a Regional Sports Scout, you will be the face of Boosterz in your territory, identifying and recruiting high‑school, youth, collegiate, and amateur teams to our platform. You’ll build relationships with coaches, booster clubs, and athletes, and train them on how to leverage Boosterz for fundraising, fan engagement, and sponsor integration.
